DAIHIRO fisheries group is a company of the wholesale business/processing business for marine product.
A number of customers had get along with us since 1972 due to our reliable experience.
To provide finer tuna to more customers, we run 3 office/plants in Ohmiya,Kawagoe and Toyosu.
Each employee, office, store and plant has kept grown up and faced faithfully with tuna, which is our important sales product, since foundation.

We buy finest tuna from Toyosu, Ohmiya and Tochigi everyday.
Under a motto "Collect as much as products named/related tuna",
we can proudly introduce you our assortment of store.

There are 20 tons of tuna processed per day, and
of course freshness and cleanliness are guaranteed.

Employees are obligated to wash hands carefully,
wear special uniform and pass through air shower
removing surface-deposited particles.

Tuna brought from Toyosu market and cleansed by ozonated water.
Ozonated water prevents tuna from breeding of bacteria,
but it has no harm to tuna.

Cutting

First, cut off tuna's head with a saw.
Then, dismentle its body using long kitchen knife which is 160 centimeter.
Afterwards, cut it into the pieces according to customer's request

Packing

Pack properly and send it to customers, keep freshed.

Deliver

Provide safe, secure tuna to customers.
One of the merit to order tuna through DAIHIRO is;
you can request any parts, any portion of tuna you need.
